God is revealed throughout Scripture.
The Lord is righteous in all His ways and loving toward all He has made.

He is the Rock, His works are perfect, and all His ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is He. ~ Deuteronomy 32:4
Behold, God is mighty, and does not despise any; He is mighty in strength of understanding. ~ Job 36:5
Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; He is the faithful God, keeping His covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commands ~ Deuteronomy 7:9
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. ~ I John 4:8
But you, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness. ~ Psalm 86:15
Then Peter began to speak: ‘I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear Him and do what is right. ~ Acts 10:34-35
For God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son so that anyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. ~ John 3:16
Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of His inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy. ~ Micah 7:18
He who did not spare His own Son, but gave Him up for us all—how will He not also, along with Him, graciously give us all things? ~ Romans 8:32
God showed how much He loved us by sending His only Son into this wicked world to bring to us eternal life through His death. In this act we see what real love is: it is not our love for God, but His love for us when He sent His Son to satisfy God's anger against our sins. ~ I John 4:9-10
For He gives His sunlight to both the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust too. If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even scoundrels do that much. ~ Matthew 5:45-46
How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! ~ I John 3:1
How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings. ~ Psalm 36:7
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

Because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He punishes everyone He accepts as a son. ~ Hebrews 12:6
The Lord appeared to us in the past, saying: ‘I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. ~ Jeremiah 31:3
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ~ Romans 8:38-39
